Welcome to Lighthouse Community Church

Mission Statement:

The mission of Lighthouse Community Church of God in Christ is to grow in the Body of Christ by sharing the gospel with fellow brothers and sisters, and to provide them with a community based ministry. Under direct pastoral care, this ministry is designed to lift individuals to a level of spiritual consciousness prompting them to assist those in need and to do the work of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Light House Community church was founded in 1996 by Pastor Richard Osby. Pastor Osby and his family decided to name the church "Lighthouse," because a lighthouse serves to help ships from being led astray and on the correct path. Just as the lighthouse serves this purpose, so does the church.

Our Church

In our daily lives we are confronted with times of indecision, times of hardship and times of lonliness. The church, through the teachings of god, and the fellowshipping of the children of God, provides the same service as the lighthouse, by helping us choose and stay on the correct path. If you do not

know Jesus, our church can invite you to know him. You are more than welcome to come and fellowship, or just browse around. Please do not hesitate to call on us or visit us in person. We challenge you to come unto God and truly understand what it means when people say "Jesus Saves..."
